1. Definitions

2.3 Account Restrictions

cuan16 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe that:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are underage or otherwise fail to meet our eligibility requirements.
• You have opened multiple accounts or are colluding with other players.
• You are engaging in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal activities through your account.
• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions or our other policies.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Before withdrawing any bonus funds, you must complete the stated wagering requirements associated with that bonus.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1-24 hours for verified accounts, though may extend to 3-5 business days for unverified accounts or for enhanced security reviews.
• cuan16 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or if we detect any suspicious activity.
• Anti-money laundering regulations require that deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees.

3.3 Currency and Transaction Limits

8. Limitation of Liability
